August 12, 2016PanPastel Colors are semi-transparent, so they create a perfect color base for applying colored pencils and markers over, for shading effects.
Apply a PanPastel base layer to make shading easier and quicker. Here PanPastel was applied over the entire flower design. Then the petals were partially colored with colored pencils (Orange & Magenta).
