Encaustic Techniques – Part 2

In this video she shows how to rescue an encaustic painting with PanPastel Colors. Trish makes the entire process so simple – it is a great way to transform an “unloved” piece into a beautiful encaustic painting. Trish works on Ampersand Panels.
